Beginning at the Southeast comer of LOT 13 of the REES SUBDIVISION to the Town of Alpine,
Lincoln County, Wyoming running in a Southerly direction, 20 feet;
thence in a Westerly direction parallel with the South line of said Lot 13, a distance of 160.30 feet;
thence running in a Northerly direction for a distance of20 feet, more or less to the Southwest comer
of said Lot 13;
thence Easterly, along the South boundary line of said Lot 13, a distance of 160.30 feet to the point of
