Release of Mortgage

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Battlefield, Inc., a Wyoming
corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of
October 12, 1994, made and executed by Ronnie D. Evans to Battlefield, Inc., a
Wyoming corporation, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $16,000.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming on June 22, 1995, in Book 370PR, Page
62, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
Lot 62, Unit J, Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming

the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in
consideration thereof, the said mortgagee does hereby release the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
