KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Battlefield, Inc., a Wyoming
corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of
September 15, 1996, made and executed by Jeffrey Charles Lorenz and Laurie
Ann Lorenz to Battlefield, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, as mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $12,000.00
as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming on October 1,
1996, in Book 388PR, Page 706, and mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to wit:
Lots 71 and 72, Unit A, Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming
the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in
consideration thereof, the said mortgagee does hereby release the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
