Comes now Paul N. Scherbel of Big Piney, County of Sublette, State of Wyoming, who, being
duly sworn on oath according to law, does hereby make the following statement of facts and
affinn:
1. That this affidavit concerns Block 11 of the Alleman Second Addition to the Town of
LaBarge of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 332B.
2. That he is a Professional Land Surveyor registered under the laws of the State of Wyoming
with Registration Number 164.
3. That he is familiar with the lands belonging to School District No.9 within the incorporated
limits of the Town of LaBarge as he did a survey and plat for the District in 1958 of Blocks
15 and 16 and other lands in the First Addition to the Townsite of Tulsa.
4. That said survey and plat showed lands occupied by the district that were dedicated streets
and alleys.
5. That on 27 November 1989 the plat for the Alleman Second Addition to the Town of
LaBarge ~as filed in said Office.
6. That said plat as signed by School District No.9, the Town of LaBarge and Alleman, et. al.
vacated the platting of part of the lands belonging to the District in the said Tulsa Townsite
in addition to other lands belonging to Alleman and the Town. Said vacation by statute
vacates the streets and alleys and leaves the owners with an undivided interest in the vacated
lands.
7. That the joint owners then need to divide and convey the lands to the respective grantees.
8. That said plat did dedicate the streets and alleys as shown upon said plat to the Town of
LaBarge but evidently there is no writing dividing the remainder lands between the District
and Alleman. If there were, it would have been indexed in the abstract book under said
Block 11.
9. This affidavit is filed for the purpose of giving public notice of the involvement of the
District in said Addition by causing an entry to be made in the abstract books.
