BEGINNING AT A POINT ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 7 AT A DISTANCE
OF 25 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7; ,
AND RUNNING THENCE EAST ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY LINE qF LOT 7, A DISTANCE OF

THENCE RUNNING SOUTH ON A LINE PARALLEL TO THE EAST AND WEST BOUNDARY LINES

THENCE RUNNING WEST ALONG THE DIVISION LINE OF LOTS 8 AND 9 OF SAID BLOCK 51, A
DISTANCE OF 35 FEET;
THENCE RUNNING NORTH ON A LINE PARALLEL WITH THE EAST AND WEST BOUNDARY

FEET THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
