Stonefly Properties, LLC, a Wyorrúng limited liability company, GRANTOR, of
Lmcoln County, Wyoming, for and m consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to END-IRA, Inc, FBO Leslie Jean
COlll1lS, IRA 07071995, GRANTEE, whose address is 1300 Plaza Court North, Suite 103,
Lafayette, Colorado 80026, the following described real estate, situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyormng, hereby waivmg and releasing all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 5 of Stonefly Ranch Phase II, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described
on the official plat filed on September 7, 2007 as Instrument No, 932925 of
the records of the Lmcoln County Clerk
Together with the right of ingress, egress and utilihes over and across the
land described in easement recorded March 14, 2006 in Book 614 PR on
page 330 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk; and
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belongmg, but subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights-of-
way of sight and/ or record.
