Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing date the 26th day of February 2003,AD., and Gary Ash
and Patricia Goe as mortgagor, to KeyBank NA, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of $48,500.001 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 1 ¡th day of March, 2003, in Book 515 of
Mortgages, at page 020, doc 888490 and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
