HomeMy WebLinkAbout933291 WYOMING LIEN STATEMENT 000839 THE UNDERSIGNED LIEN CLAIMANT, pursuant to Title 29, chapters 1 and 2 of the Wyoming Statutes, is filing this Wyoming Lien Statement at the Office of the County Clerk for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, as a claim and lien on property and for matters described and referred to herein as follows: (1) The Lien Claimant seeking to enforce this lien is Mountain Valley Mill and Cabinets, 1701 County Road, Thayne, Wyoming 83127. (2) The amount of the claim for this lien that is due and owning to the Lien Claimant is Six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Three Dollars and Sixty Cents ($6,223.60) plus any accrued interest. (3) The names and address of the persons against whose property this lien is filed are Jeffery R. Barnes and Sherrie M. Barnes, 620 94th Avenue, SE, Courtenay, ND 58426, as owners of the property located at 715 Cedar Creek, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming legally described as Lot 38 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 16, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof. (4) The itemized list of materials and work perfonned is attached hereto as Exhibit A. (5) The name of the persons against whom the lien claim is made is See No.3 above. (6) The last date lien claimant perfonned labor was on or about August 20,2007. (7) The legal description of the premises where the work was perfonned is as shown in the attached Warranty Deed marked as Exhibit B.
