KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That lJ.S. BANK NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION AS CUSTODIANITRUSTEE (hereinafter "Mortgagee"), the Mortgagee in that
certain Mortgage dated March 5, 1998, recorded in Book 408, on Page 549, as Document No.
848854 of the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in the office of its County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds, and executed by MARIE P. WESTON AKA MARIE WESTON, DALE
B. WESTON AND PAMELA P. WESTON, the Mortgagor, in favor of Central Bank, and
thereafter assigned to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS CUSTODIANITRUSTEE by
Assignment dated March 5, 1998, and recorded in the office of said Recording Officer on March
5, 1998 and recorded in Book 408, at Page 560, as Document No. 848855 of the records of
said County; said Mortgage thereafter affected by an Assumption and Modification Agreement
dated June 28, 2001, and recorded in the office of said Recording Officer on July 3, 2001, in
Book 467, at Page 858, as Document No. 874296, by and between U.S. Bank Trust National
Association, as CustodianlTrustee, located and having its principal office at 180 East Fifth
Street, St. Pau, Minnesota 55101, and Roland C. and Linda L. Willis, does hereby acknowledge
the payment in full of the debt and Note secured by the Mortgage, and in consideration of the
payment does hereby release the Mortgage and declare the same canceled, discharged, and
null and void.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the said Lender,
for valuable consideration unto it paid at the execution and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released and quitclaimed, and by these presents does
remise, release and quitclaim unto the owner or owners thereof, the following described real
property, being in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to wit:

WHEREAS, "First Trust National Association" changed its corporate name to "U.S. Bank
Trust National Association" effective March 30, 1998; and
WHEREAS, on January 11, 2002, "U.S. Bank Trust National Association" merged with
and into U.S. Bank National Association" and the resulting company is known as U.S. Bank
National Association"; and
WHEREAS, "Lend Lease Agri-Business, Inc.," changed its name to Rabo Agrifinance,
Inc. by simple name change effective October 15, 2003.
And Mortgagee hereby represents that at the time of the payment of the debt, it was the
owner and holder of the Mortgage and of the aforesaid debt and Note.
