KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That U.S. BANK NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION AS CUSTODIANfTRUSTEE (hereinafter "Mortgagee"), the Mortgagee in that
certain Mortgage dated September 10, 1998, recorded in Book 417, on Page 156 of the records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming and re-recorded on October 21, 1998, in Book 419, on Page 725.
in the office of its County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds, and executed by ROLAND C.
WILLIS AND LINDA L. WILLIS, the Mortgagor, in favor of Central Bank and thereafter assigned
to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS CUSTODIANfTRUSTEE by Assignment dated
September 9, 1998, and recorded in the office of said Recording Officer on September 10, 1998
and recorded in Book 417, at Page 167 of the records of said County, and re-recorded on
October 21, 1998, in Book 419, at Page 736; said Mortgage duly modified by Modification
Agreement dated June 28, 2001, and recorded in the office of said Recording Officer on July 3,
2001, in Book 467, at Page 879, does hereby acknowledge the payment in full of the debt and
Note secured by the Mortgage, and in consideration of the payment does hereby release the
Mortgage and declare the same canceled, discharged, and null and void.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the said Lender,
for valuable consideration unto it paid at the execution and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released and quitclaimed, and by these presents does
remise, release and quitclaim unto the owner or owners thereof, the following described real
property, being in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to wit:

And Mortgagee hereby represents that at the time of the payment of the debt, it was the
owner and holder of the Mortgage and of the aforesaid debt and Note.
WHEREAS, "First Trust National Association" changed its corporate name to "U.S. Bank
Trust National Association" effective March 30, 1998; and
WHEREAS, on January 11, 2002, "U.S. Bank Trust National Association" merged with
and into U.S. Bank National Association" and the resulting company is known as U.S. Bank
National Association"; and
WHEREAS, "Lend Lease Agri-Business, Inc.," changed its name to Rabo Agrifinance,
Inc. by simple name change effective October 15, 2003.

and that executed the foregoing instrument having authority to execute such instrument, who,
being by me duly sworn, did say that he is said officer of said corporation, and the same person
who executed the foregoing instrument, and he duly acknowledged the execution of the same
for and on behalf of and as the act and deed of said corporation as Attorney-in-Fact for U.S.
