QUITCLAIM DEED
Larry S. Wicks, a single person, Grantor, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in
hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed,
hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Shannon Briggs, fka Shannon Wicks, a single
person, grantee, of 1430 Canyon Road, Kemmerer, Wyoming, all right, title, and interest
that he may have in and to the following described real estate situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
LOT 10 OF BLOCK 4 OF THE LINCOLN HEIGHTS 4TH SUBDIVISION TO
THE TOWN OF KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS
DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF;
COMMONLY known as 1430 Canyon Road, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements situate thereon and easements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and
SUBJECT TO all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions, ifany,
of record.
