grantor, for and in consideration ofTen and NO/lOO Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO GRACE E. SULENTA, grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 56, Pinedale,
WY 82941, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot Nineteen (19) and Lot Seventeen (17) in Kemmerer Industrial Park #1, to
the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as the same appears on
the official map or plat thereof as filed for record in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds for Lincoln County, Wyoming;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto
appertaining.
SUBJECT TO reservations and restrictions contained in the United States
patents or of record, to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use and to
prior mineral reservations of record.
