KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: That First Interstate Bank, the owner and holder of
that certain mortgage executed by Alpine Junction LLC dated April 17, 2007, and recorded on April 23,
2007 in Official Records Book 655, pages 559, as Instrument No. 928705, of the Public Records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, securing payment of the sum of $6,500,000.00, and promises and obligations
set forth in said mortgage, does hereby release the following described property from the lien and
encumbrance of said mortgage, to-wit:
Lot 23 and Lot 25, Alpine Meadows Subdivision Section 911176
