benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the Courity.~fìIEFŒR W'{OMING
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following
conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right- of-
Way for telecommunications lines and construct, operate, repair, maintain,
relocate and replace thereon underground telecommunication facilities.
The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a threat of
damage to the utilities.
2. Description of Easement. The easement shall occupy the following
d~scribed property:
A 15 FOOT EASEMENT DESCRIBED ON THE BELOW CENTER LINE.
BEGINNING AT A POINT WHICH IS 135.52 FEET NORTH 571.99 FEET WEST OF
THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF THE SOUTH EAST QUATER OF SECTION 20;~:>?N ~ \ I ßW
THENCE 118.62 FEET NORTH 56D 5'41"E, THENCE 21.88 FEET NORTH 88D
29'38"E, THENCE 16,73 FEET NORTH 30D 27'18"E, THENCE 48.42 FEET SOUTH
2D 50'21"E, THENCE 49.35 FEET SOUTH 33D 41 '27"E, THENCE 50.35 FEET
SOUTH THENCE 2D 50' 21" E, THENCE 28.73 FEET SOUTH 48D 19' 16" W,
THENCE 190,76 FEET SOUTH 3D 45' 29" EAST. THE EASEMENT WILL BE
CLEANED UP AND RESTORED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF CONSTRUCTION TO
OWNER SATISFACTION,(SEE "EXHIBIT A")
3. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
