Wm Gene Pead M.D. and Julie Pead, husband and wife, of 672 Woodbriar Way, North
Salt Lake, UT 84054, grantors, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00),
and other valuable considerations, in hand· paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY and WARRANT to Fairview Cemetery District, a political subdivision of the State of
Wyoming, grantee, of PO Box 45, Fairview, WY 83119, the following described real estate, situate
in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
A portion of the W1/2SW1/4 of Section 10, T31N, R119W, 6th P,M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as more particularly described on Exhibit A attached and incorporated
herein by this reference.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservations and rights of way of sight or record.

described as follows:
The Falrview Cemetery District property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 271PR,
on Page 368, a portion of the Pead Property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
267PR, on Page 428, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyol1Ûng, within the West
Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the boundary being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Fairview Cemetery District Property, said point of
beginning, being 1,084.07 feet North 0°26'09" East, along the West line of the East Half of the
Southwest Quarter of said Section 10, from the Southwest corner of said East Half of the
Southwest Quarter;
thence North 89°12'40" West, along the South line of said Fairview Cemetery District
Property, 366.89 feet;
