FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Frank and Lillian Stumpp, Grantors, does hereby convey,
release, remise and forever quitclaim unto Frank and Lillian Stumpp Family Limited
Partnership, whose address is 1819 E. 12th Street, Idaho Falls, Idaho, the following described
premises, to-wit:
A Portion of the SEl/4NEl/4 of Section 25, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the east line of said SEl/4NEl/4, said point being 132.00
feet north from the southeast corner of said SEl/4NEl/4; thence running S
89°39'13" W, 361.50 feet; thence North 241 feet; thence N 89°39'13" E, 361.50
feet to a point on the east line of said SEl/4NEl/4; thence South, along last said
east line, 241.00 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER, with the appurtenances.
This Deed is intended to convey to the Grantee all right, title, and interest of the Grantors
in and to said property, now owned or hereafter acquired.
