Leases and Rents, bearing the date the 1 ih day of OCTOBER, 2006 made, executed and
delivered by WJW HOLDINGS, LLLP, A NORTH DAKOTA LIMITED LIABILITY
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, Mortgagor, to First International Bank & Trust, Mortgagee,
covering and describing:

and recorded in the office of the Recorders Office in and for the County of Lincoln and the State
of Wyoming, as Receiving No. 924163, Book: 639 Page: 534 and Receiving #924164, Book 639
Page: 543 on the 7th day of November, 2006, are together with the indebtedness described in and
secured by said mortgage and assignment of rents, fully paid and satisfied, and the Recorders
Office of the said County is hereby authorized and directed to discharge the said mortgage and
assignment of leases and rents upon the records thereof, according to the stature in such case
made and provided.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said corporation has caused these presents to be
executed in its corporate name by it authorized officers this 24th day of September, 2007
