Home My WebLink About933561 Affidavit of Trustee I, John Russell Thornock, being of lawful age and duly sworn according to law, upon my oath, depose and state: 000786 That under the date August 22,2001, John Russell Thornock and Emma Lucy Thornock, husband and wife, by Assignment of Agreement of Sale of Real Estate, which Assignment was duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on August 24,2001, in Book 471 of Photostatic Records on Page 447, conveyed their interest in Notice of Agreement of Sale of Real Estate, by and between John Russell Thornock and Emma Lucy Thornock, seller, Ernest Aden Thornock and Karen Thornock, husband and wife, purchaser, dated 2-19-1998, recorded 2- 19-1998, at Book 407PR, Page 767, to John Russell Thornock and Emma Lucy Thornock, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Russ and Emma Lue Thornock Family Trust dated June 20, 2001, for the following described property situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to- wit: See attached Exhibit A and Exhibit B That by reason of said Assignment aforesaid, John Russell Thornock and Emma Lucy Thornock, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Russ and Emma Lue Thornock Family Trust dated June 20, 2001, became the seller of the above described land. Emma Lucy Thornock died March 11, 2004. That by reason of and upon the death of Emma Lucy Thornock, and pursuant to the terms of the trust, John Russell Thornock became the trustee. Affiant avers and certifies that Emma Lucy Thornock, also known as Emma Lucy McKinnon Thornock, is the identical party named in the aforementioned Assignment of Agreement of Sale of Real Estate, whose death terminated her interest, title and estate in said real property; and Affiant attaches hereto and makes a part of this affidavit, a copy of the Official Certificate of Death of said decedent, duly certified by the public authority in which said death certificate is a matter of record.
