THIS IDENTURE, made the 26th day of September, 2007, by and between the
BATTLEFIELD, INC. a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR, and JAMES E. LEVER and JULIE V. LEVER whose
address is 2023 Carson St., Rock Springs, WY 82901, the GRANTEE, WITNESSETH:
The grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND 00/100 DOLLARS
($10.00) in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these. presents,
grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND W ARRANT unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot,
piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as
follows, to wit:
