hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim unto M. E. HARRIS and GENEVA K.
HARRIS, or their successors, as trustee of The Mont and Geneva Harris Trust, Grantee, whose mailing address is
3876 Lake Breeze Drive, Island Park, Idaho 83429 and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever all right, title and
interest which Grantors now have or may hereafter acquire in the following described real property located in
Lincoln County, Wyoming:

Quarter (SW1I4) of the Southwest Quarter (SWI/4) of Section 17, Township 37,
Range 118 West, 7th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
Together with any and all appurtenances, tenements, hereditaments, reversions, remainders, easements,
rights-of-way and water rights however evidenced in anywise appertaining to the property herein described.
