SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
DANIEL NOEL MYERS, KIMBERLY A MYERS-HAYES
to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. bearing date 11/14/2003, recorded 11/17/2003 in Official
Records Book 541, Page 796, Document No. 895334 in the offi.ce of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County,
Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $205,500.00 Dollars, and certain promises and
obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the prop::rty situated in said State and County, hereby
acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as
canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of COlmty Clerk to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 21 day of September, 2007.
