NIELD CHARITABLE REMAINDER UNITRUST dated i February 20, 1998, grantors, in
consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto Ross A.
Nield and Mable H. Nield, Trustees of the ROSS A. NIELD FAMILY TRUST dated
January 10, 1984, of PO Box 256, Afton, WY 83110, and Florence June Nield, Trustee,
of the JUNE NIELD REVOCABLE TRUST, dated January 4, 1990, of 11296 Hwy. 238,
Afton, WY 83110, grantees, all right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand in or to all the following described premises in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit:
That part of the NE1 /4NE1/4 of Section 36, T32N, R119W, within the
Incorporated Limits of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being
the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 172 of Photostatic Records on page 465, as
more particularly described on the attached "Description for Ross A. Nield
Family Trust, dated 10 January 1984 and June Florence Nield Revocable
Trust dated 4 January 1990 Tract W

SUBJECT TO all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservations and rights of way of sight or record.
