The Affiants, Elizabeth Lockhart and Ralph L. Gill, being first duly sworn, do hereby state as
follows:
1) We are adults, competent to testify, and make the following affirmations based upon our
own best investigations, information and beliefs;
2) We make this Affidavit Affecting Title in accordance with the provisions of WS § 34-11-
101, and as the same may be amended from time to time;
3) This Affidavit Affecting Title relates to the following described real property situated in
Teton County, Lincoln County and Sublette County Wyoming (collectively the "Subject
Property"):
Parcel One:
Lot 38 of the Bums Ferrin Addition to the Town of Jackson, Teton County,
Wyoming, according to that plat recorded in the Office of the Teton County Clerk
on February 25, 1980, as Plat Number 401.
PIN: 22-41-16-35-3-02-022.
Together with and including all oil, gas, and other minerals and mineral rights
appurtenant thereto and owned by Grantors, if any, and all improvements and all
other appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to taxes and
all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and rights-
of-way of sight and/or record.
Parcel Two:
Lots 35A & 35B, of the Burns Ferrin Addition of the Town of Jackson, Teton
County, Wyoming, according to that plat recorded in the office of the County
Clerk, Teton County, Wyoming, on February 25, 1980, as Plat Number 401. '

the County Clerk, Teton County, Wyoming, on July 18, 1905, as Plat Number

stake 24" long with metal cap inscribed "SURVEY POINT DO NOT
DISTURB RLS 164";
Thence S89°-46.9'Wm 67.87 feet along the south line of said Lot 6 and a
portion of Lot 5 to a point;
Thence NOoo-17.6'E, 75.04 feet to a point;
Thence N89°-46.0'E, 9.23 feet to a point;
Thence NOoo-17.6'E, 75.06 feet to a point on the north line of said Lot 5;
Thence N89°-45.1 'E, 57.88 feet along said north line and the north line of

Encompassing an area of 0.215 acres, more or less;

The base bearing for this survey is the west line of the NW~ of Section

All in accordance with the plat prepared and to be filed in the said Office
titled "PLAT TO ACCOMPANY APPLICATION FOR A LOT
DIVISION PERMIT FOR THE BRAZEL TON LOT DIVISION BEING

appurtenant thereto and owned by Grantors, if any, and all improvements and all
other appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to taxes and

Homestead Entry Survey Number 68, comprising a portion of Sections 31 and 32,

other appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to taxes and
all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and rights-
of-way of sight and/or record.
Parcel Ten:
Lot 112 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 17 as platted and recorded in the Official
Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with and including all oil, gas, and other minerals and mineral fights
appurtenant thereto and owned by Grantors, if any, and all improvements and all
other appurtenances and hereditament~ thereunto belonging. Subject to taxes and
all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and rights-
of-way of sight and/or record.
4) The Subject Property is held by the Living Trust Agreement of Roberta Porter, dated
September 10, 1990, first amended, September 11, 1997, second amended October 27,
1999, and third amended on October 3, 2000 (the "Trust"), or the Trust possesses a
tenancy in common interest in the Subject Property;
5) Roberta Porter was the settlor and a cotrustee of the Trust together with Elizabeth
Lockhart;
6) Roberta Porter passed away on August 24, 2006, with her last place of residence being
Teton County, Wyoming;
7) Pursuant to Article Ten, Section 3(a), as modified through the Third Amendment to the
Trust, as a result of Roberta Porter's passing Ralph L. Gill was named to fill Roberta
Porter's trusteeship and to serve as a cotrustee of the Trust together with Elizabeth
Lockhart;
8) Both Elizabeth Lockhart and Ralph L. Gill are currently willing and able to serve as
successor cotrustees of the Trust;
9) The trust is currently in full force and effect; and
10) Further Affiant Sayeth Naught.
