KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Kenneth H. Hurd and Dale H. Hurd,
Trustees of the Serell G. Hurd Decedent's Trust dated June 16, 1999, of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, in consideration Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto Kenneth H..
Hurd and Nancy Jo Hurd, Trustees of the Kenneth H. and Nancy Jo Hurd Family Trust dated
September 1, 2007, of 97 Hurd-Jensen Court, Afton, WY 83110, all right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand in or to the following described premises, to-wit:

R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 440 PR, page 439, as more particularly
described on the attached "Description for Robert L. Mitchell Revocable Trust, Dated
16 June 1997, Jane G. Mitchell Revocable Trust, dated 16 June 1997.
TOGETHER WITH that certain Easement dated December 1, 2004, and recorded in

described as follows: A strip of land, sixty (60) feet in width within GLO Lot 3

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
