Grantor Stephen L. Olsen Family Trust, dated 5 June 1997, of the County of
Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to grantees, Bridger B. Draney and Celeste H. Draney, of the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following-described real estate situate in the
County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
See "Description for Stephen L. Olsen Family Trust, Dated 5 June 1997 " attached
hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon

County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the ~lerk of
Lincoln County in Book 411 of Photostatic Records on page 776, dcscnbed as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west line of said GLO LOT 1, SOl °01 '3S"W.
699.43 feet, fTom the northwest comer of said GLO LOT 1;
thence S89° "07' -12"E, 3 .06 feet, to a point on the easterly right-of-way Hne of
State Highway 238;
thence continuing, S89°-07'-12''E, 118.22 feet, along an existing fence line, to a
point;
thence SOl °_01 '-35''W, 264.33 feet, along a line pamllel with said west line, to a
point;
thence N88°-58'-25''W, 116.59 feet, to a point on said easterly right-of-way
line;
thence continuing, N88°-58'-25"W. 4.69 feet, to a point on said west line;
thence NOl 0_01' -35''E, 264.02 feet, along said west line, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
