That the undersigned, RB all COMPANY, 3240 Horton Smith Lane, Billings,
Montana 59106, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/lOa Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto BRENDA A. BALLANTYNE, 2209 Avalon Road, Billings, Montana 59102, a
FOUR PERCENT (4%) overriding royalty out of RB Oil Company·s working interest
in and to the Oil and Gas Leases descri bed on Exhi bit IIAII attached hereto,
plus ONE HUNDRED, PERCENT (100%) of RBis overriding royalty in and. to the
Oil and Gas Leases described on Exhibit IIBII attached hereto, said Exhibits
cover acreage located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with the rights
incident thereto and the personal property thereon, appurtenant thereto, or
used in connection therewith. .
This Assignment is made subject to all the terms and provisions of said
Oil and Gas Leases, all prior assignments and conveyances affecting same.
This Assignment is made without warranty of title, either express or
implied.
