Gardner Family Trust dated February 1, 1997, grantors, of Orem, Utah County, Utah, for and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, ~ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Bret L. Hutchings and Jeana L. Hutchings, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of 9119 Stillwater Circle, Sandy, UT 84093, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: East 2/3 of Lot 4 in Block 6 of the Town of Grover in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. SUBJECT, however, to all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, and rights of way of sight or record. WITNESS our hands as of this 5th day of October, 2007. Gardner Family Trust dated February 1, 1997, described in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustees had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustees acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
