KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that TERRY LEO NEHER AND
SHIRLEY ANN NEHER, TRUSTEES OF THE TERRY AND SHIRLEY NEHER
LIVING TRUST, DATED 1115/06, P.O. Box 1266, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTOR, for
and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby Convey and Warrant unto TERRY LEO
NEHER AND SHIRLEY ANN NEHER, TRUSTEES, or their successors in trust of THE
TERRY AND SHIRLEY NEHER LIVING TRUST, DATED JANUARY 15, 1996, P.O.
Box 1266, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEE, and for the benefit of their heirs, successors
and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and demand, as they
may have or ought to have, in or to the following described property situated in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to wit:
That property described in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 641, Page 252 as
Receiving No. 924763 recorded on November 27, 2006 in the Lincoln County Clerk's
Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to
easements and rights of way of record or in use.
The sole purpose of this Corrective Warranty Deed is to remedy and correctly name the
Grantee outlined in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 641, Page 252 as Receiving No.
924763 recorded on November 27, 2006 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer,
Wyoming.
