Box 1266, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby Convey and Warrant unto TERRY LEO NEHER AND SHIRLEY ANN NEHER, TRUSTEES, or their successors in trust of THE TERRY AND SHIRLEY NEHER LIVING TRUST, DATED JANUARY 15, 1996, P.O. Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon. Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and rights of way of record or in use. The sole purpose of this Corrective Warranty Deed is to remedy and correctly name the Grantee outlined in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 641, Page 252 as Receiving No. 924763 recorded on November 27, 2006 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
