bearing date the 8TH day of SEPTEMBER A.D. 2006 made and executed by BEAU DEAN AND
CHRISTIE DEAN HUSBAND AND WIFE. Mortgagor(s), to 1ST BANK FKA FIRST NATIONAL BANK WEST, as
mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$15183.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County
