Daniel J. Reynolds, a single man, GRANTOR, for arret
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, III hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Patricia D. Reynolds, a single woman,
469 Greys River Loop, Alpine, Wycming 83128, all interest in and to
the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights UI~der and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of "Wyoming,
to-wit:
Lot 21 of the Greys River Village Addition to the Town of Alpine,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat
thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protecti ve
covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way record, in
sight, or in use.
