A strip of land 30 feet wide across a portion of Section 31, Township 20 North, Range 112 West,
6th PM, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being 15 feet each side, measured at right angles from the following
described survey line, which is the centerline of an existing 4 1/2 inch diameter pipeline:
Beginning at a point located in the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 31, said
point bears North 47°0'16" West a distance of3405.5 feet from the Southeast comer of said Section 31;
Thence South 71 °32'20" East a distance of 183.4 feet;
Thence North 69°29'8" East a distance of 160.2 feet;
Thence North 82°31'30" East a distance of 104.6 feet;
Thence North 26°36'15" East a distance of63.9 feet to the end of the line at a point located in the
Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 31: said point bears South 83 °2' 12 " West a
distance of 21 03.3 feet from the East quarter comer of said Section 31.
The length of the above describes survey line is 512.0 feet, or 31.030 rods, or 0.097 miles.
