., , , grantor of the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby acknowledge, NVEY (S) AND WARRANT (S) to SILVER STAR
TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the
benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following
conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right- of-
Way for telecommunications lines and to construct, operate, repair,
maintain, relocate and replace thereon underground or exposed
telecommunication facilities, and included as necessary and reasonable
rights of ingress and egress to accomplish said operation, maintenance,
repair, relocation and replacement. The grantee may trim or remove trees,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions that pose a threat of damage
to the utilities.
Description of Easement.
A 15'X 15' wide easement described as follows, Starting at the South
West comer of the NW1/4 NW1I4 of~~ctiQn 19 T34NRU&~; Thence
Running North 30°56'57" East 71.84 feet to true point of beginning.
Thence North 15 feet; Thence East 15 feet; Thence South 15 feet; Thence
West 15 feet to true point of beginning. See Exhibit "A". All being located
in North Forty Subdivision.
2. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
