GRANT OF EASEMENT
JOHN GRANACHA and CHARLOTTE GRANACHA , grantors of County of
Bonneville, State of Idaho, hereby acknowledge, CONVEY AND WARRANT to
SILVER STAR TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an
easement for the benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in
the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the
following conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right- of-
Way for telecommunications lines and construct, operate, repair, maintain,
relocate and replace thereon underground telecommunication facilities.
The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a threat of
damage to the utilities.
Description of Easement. A 20' utility easement described as follows:~J¡~ l'f, T 3'1t1(~ W/w
Beginning at a State Highway type monument marking SC1454+56.3, 50'
Right,: thence: N 81 °34' 41" E 321.32' along the South property line to the
Southeast property comer, thence: North 65'along the East property line to
True Point of Beginning, thence: North 152.70'along the East property
line to the Northeast Property Comer, thence: S 85°27'23" W 20', thence:
South 152.70' thence: N 85°27'23" E 20'more or less to the True point of
Beginning. See Exhibit "A".
2. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
