Book 115PR, on page 199, being part of the SWY4SWY4 of Section 11 and
NWY4NWY4 of Section 14, T33N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming described as

COMMENCING at the southwest corner of said Section 11 as described in the
Certified Land Corner Recordation Certificate of record in said Office;
thence N 00°05' E, the base bearing for this survey, 102.50 feet along the west
line of said Section 11 to a 3/8" x 12" steel spike;
thence S 89°55' E, 40.00 feet perpendicular to the west line of said Section 11 to
the Point of Beginning;
thence continuing S 89°55' E, 290.40 feet to a point;
thence S 00°05' W, 150.00 feet parallel with the west line of said Section 11
crossing the south line of said Section 11 to a point;
thence N 89°55' W, 290.40 feet parallel to the north line of the tract to a point;
thence N 00°05' E, 150.00 feet parallel with the east line of the tract to the point
of beginning, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto.

thence S 00°05' W, 150,00 feet along the West line of said tract to the southwest
corner of said foregoing tract;
thence N 89°55' W, 40.43 feet to an intersection with the west line of said Section

Beginning.
