RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 18,
2004 made and executed by Steven C. Trujillo and Renae A. Trujillo, Husband and Wife
mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain
real estate therein described as security for the payment of $14,000.00, which mortgage was re-
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 28th day of May 2004, in book 557 PR of Mortgages, at Page 057
as document # 899707 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its Cashier and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 7..11:: day of
