TillS WARRANTY DEED is made this II/l¡ day of ðC.7Z18~tZ- , 2007, by and
between DARROL T. FLUCKlGER and RENEE H. FLUCKlGER, husband and wüe,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereinafter called GRANTORS, and the
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the GRANTEE.
WITNESSETH: That the said Grantors, for and in consideration of the exchange therefore
of National Forest System land, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, under the
provisions of the Act of January 12, 1983 (P.L. 97-465; 96 Stat. 2535; 16 V.S.C. 521), do by
these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confinn unto the said Grantee, and its assigns,
forever, all the certain lots, pieces, or parcels ofland situate, lying, and being in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, as more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Sixth Principle Meridian
T. 33 N., R. 118 W.,
Sec. 22, that portion of Lot 2, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest comer of said Lot 2; thence S. 89°19' E., 261.6 feet
along south boundary of said lot; thence N. 1 °38' W., parallel to west boundary
of said lot 264.0 feet; thence N. 89°20' W., 261.6 feet to west boundary of said
lot; thence S. 1 °38' E., 264.0 feet along west boundary of said lot to Point of
Beginning.
Containing 1.58 acres, more or less.
The acquiring agency is the V.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service.
SUBJECT TO that certain Record of Survey, Dependent Resurvey for Section 22,

appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the above mentioned and described premises,
together with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantee and to its successors and assigns
forever, and the said Grantors and their assigns, the said premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the said Grantee, its successors and assigns against the Grantors and their
assigns and against all and every person and persons whosoever lawfully claimed or to claim
the same, shall and will WARRANT and do by these presents forever DEFEND.
And the said Grantors for themselves, their executors and administrators, do covenant and
agree to and with the said Grantee, and its assigns, that it is lawfully seized in fee of the
aforegranted premises; that the same are free from all encumbrances; that it has a good right
to sell and convey the sm:ne to the said Grantee, aforesaid, and that they, the Grantors, warrant
and will forever defend the before-granted land and premises against the right, title, interest,
or claim of all and every person whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have caused this instrument to be executed on the day
