SHERRILL HOSE AKYOL, of lawful age and being first duly sworn
upon her oath states as follows:

1. That affiant is the daughter of M. Claire V. Hose, deceased, a
beneficiary of the M. Claire V. Hose Family Trust, dated November 4, 1999
and has personal knowledge of the matters hereinafter set forth.
2. That this affidavit affects the title to the following described real
property, to wit:

3. That on or about September 14, 2006, by Order Approving Final
Account and Decree of Final Settlement and Distribution (N.C.D.C. Probate
No 20131) ("Decree") the decedent's interest was set over to William Hayden
Hose, Trustee of the M. Claire V. Hose Family Trust, dated November 4,
1999. The Decree was recorded on September 20,2006 in Book 634 at page
360 of the records in the office of the county clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
4. That the Decree referenced the Shute Creek Unit and Shute
Creek Wells but contained no legal description of the lease involved.
5. That the decedent owned a 3% overriding royalty in the lands
and lease described on Exhibit B.
6. That by the Decree William Hayden Hose, as Trustee is the
owner of the undivided 3% overriding royalty interest in the lands and lease
described on Exhibit B..
7. That affiant makes this affidavit pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann.,
2005, § 34-11-101.
