KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that DONALD J. KIRK and
MARTHA S. HAGEMAN, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, of P.O. Box 1330,
Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTORS, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to DONALD J. KIRK and MARTHA S. HAGEMAN,
TRUSTEES of THE HAGEMAN KIRK FAMILY TRUST dated October 3, 2007, of P.O. Box
1330, Afton, Wyoming 8311 0, GRANTEES, and their successors and assigns, the following
described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to wit:
That land described in the property description titled "Description for / Kelly A.
Johnson and Celia A. Johnson I Parcel B", attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated
herein by reference.
