being monumented with a 2" Aluminum cap on 5/8' diameter rebar

centerline of the physical constructed Lincoln County Road 12-305
(Hams Fork Road).
The record legal description of said road found to be varying from its
physical construction. This legal description intended to follow the
constructed centerline of said road as described above and grant a
30.00 feet wide easement for said Lincoln County Road 12-305. Said
easement being 30.00 feet offset to the west and parallel to the
following described line.
