THIS MATTER having come on for hearing this 21st day of
September, 2007 pursuant to the PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF
HEIRSHIP, and the Court having reviewe~ the file and being fully
advised in the premises FINDS that:
1. No persons have appeared at the hearing to object to the
Petition and no objections have been filed in the Court file.
2. That all requirements of Wyoming Statutes, Section 2-9-
201 and 2-9-204 have been met.
3. That pursuant to Wyoming Statutes, petitioners have duly
published the Notice of Petition in the Pinedale Roundup, as lS
evidenced by the Affidavit of Publication filed herein.
4. That the above named decedent died more than two years
preceding the time of filing the Petition.
5. MARY ELLA PIPER died on April 11, 1993 in Mesa, Arizona.
RUSSELL ALVIN PIPER died on February 19, 1996 in Masa, Arizona.

6. The Decedents owned an interest in real estate at the
time of their deaths, which consists of mineral interest in the
following property, to-wit:
T 28 N, R 112 W of the 6th P.M.
Section 23: ,Lots 6, 9, 10 and 11
Section 26: Lots 2 I 3, 4 I 10 I NE1/4NW1/4 and NWl/4SW1/4 i
and

IT IS FURTHER, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that any and all
other property decedents or their estates own or have and interest,
which may be hereafter discovered, be and hereby descend and
distributed to the above-named children as set forth above.

IT IS FURTHER, ORDERED that Petitioner, Dennis Stotts retain
the $5,400.00 of mineral interest payments made on behalf of the
above named heirs currently in his possession to be used to pay the
attorney fees and cost of this act~on, with any remaining balance
to be distributed to the above named heirs, ('__
