KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Woolley Brothers Trust,
dated May 19, 2003, Len Roie Woolley, of P.O. Box 266, Thayne Wyoming 83127-
0266; and Lorell Livingston Woolley, of P.O. Box 234, Thayne, Wyoming, Co-Trustees,
grantors ofCoùnty of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of the
sum of One DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
have hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto the said Lorell Livingston
WooIJey and Sharon Cook Woolley, Husband and Wife, dated September 11, 2007,
their heirs and assigns forever, all such rights, title, interest, property possession, claim,
and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described
property, to-wit:
As described on Attachment A
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations,
restrictions, exceptions easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead·
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
