COOK, whose address is P.O. Box 233, Cokeville, Wyoming 83114, Grantee, all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in the following described real property, including water rights or stock interest in irrigation or company district associated with said real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby I releasing and waiving all rights, under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit: That area outlined on Exhibit "1" which is the map attached hereto and is described as: All of Tract No. 38, T25N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming; ENCOMPASSING an area of 39.38 acres, more or less; RESERVING unto the grantors the historical use of the ditches in the westerly part of said tract; AND All of Tract No. 104 of T24N, R119W and T25N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming; EXCEPTING THEREFROM: ·OOO~68 a. That part of said Tract No. 104 now belonging to Lynn A. Dimond, et. Al, of record in said Office in Book 108 of Photostatic Records on page 464 and Book 391 of Photostatic Records on page 355; ENCOMPASSING an area of 57 acres, more or less; b. That part of said Tract No. 104 now belonging to Raymond S. Petersen and Sons, Inc., of record in said Office in Book 127 of Photostatic Records on page 209; ENCOMPASSING an area of 5 acres, more or less; c. That part of said Tract No. 104 now belonging to the Town of Cokeville of record in said Office in Book 160 of Photostatic Records on page 81; ENCOMPASSING an area of 4.01 acres, more or less; ENCOMPASSING an area of 105 acres, more or less, AND That part of Tract No. 105, T24N, R119W and T25N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming bounded and described as follows: d. On the south by the south line of said Tract No. 105; on the east by the east line of said Tract No. 105; on the west by the east right-of-way line of Highway 30; and on the north by a line parallel with the said south line and three hundred twenty (320) feet distant.
