Box 247, Cokeville, Wyoming 83114, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, CONVEYS and QUIT CLAIMS to ORIS COOK RANCH, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, whose address is P.O. Box 247, Cokeville, Wyoming 83114, Grantee, all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in the following described real property, including water rights or stock interest in irrigation or company district associated with said real property, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights, under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit: Beginning at a point 1320 feet North of the Southwest corner of Section 4, Township 24 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence North 830 Feet, more or less, to the South side of the County Road up Smith's Fork; thence Easterly along the South side of said County Road following its meanderings across the North half of the Southwest quarter of said Section 4 to the East line of said Southwest quarter of Section 4; thence South 740 feet; and thence West 2553 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.
