Cook and Nanette Cook, husband and wife, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does for their heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Oris Cook Ranch, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, whose address is PO Box 135, Cokeville, WY 83114, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit: That part of Tracts 46 and 49 within Sections 33 and 34, of T25N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 325 of Photostatic Records on page 34, lying and being situated northerly of the following described line: BEGINNING at a point on the east line of said Tract 46, SOoo47'24"W, the base bearing for this survey and description, 2543.98 feet, of Corner No. 1 of said Tract 46, said point being at the intersection of a fence bearing northwest/southeast with a fence bearing south from said Corner No.1; said south-bearing fence being the best current evidence of said East line of Tract 46; Thence coursing said northwest/southeast fence as follows: N39°45'07'W, 300.81 feet, to a point; N38°15'59'W, 337.20 feet, to a point; N42°00'49"W, 641.05 feet, to a point, and leave said fence; Thence N58°18'25'W, 678.80 feet, to a point at the intersection of a fence bearing north/south and fence bearing westerly; Thence coursing said westerly fence as follows: N78°40'28'W, 347.14 feet, to a point; S82°13'11'W, 528.57 feet, to a point; N86°55'06"W, 736.14 feet, to a point; S80042'05'W, 261.42 feet, to a point at the intersection of said fence with a fence bearing north/south; Thence N05°23'12"E, 415.33 feet, along said north/south fence to a point; Thence N88°36'57'W, 554.96 feet, to a point; Thence continuing N88°36'57"W, 167 feet, more or less, to the west line of said Tract 49 RECEIVED 1 0/19/2007 at 3:46 PM RECEIVING # 934222 BOOK: 676 PAGE: 180 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY Subject, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way of record, of sight or in use. 0001.81.
