KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That FIRST NATIONAL BANK WEST a corporation, of the
County of LINCOLN, and State of WYOMING, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage,
bearing date the 3rd day of January A.D. 2002 made and executed by Edward J Carlson
and Sherry Carlson. Mortgagor(s), to 1ST BANK FKA FIRST NATIONAL BANK WEST, as mortgagee,
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of as therein
·stated in the amount of $26138.34, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of WYOMING, on
the 9th day of January, 2002, in Book 481 on page ~, and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
