more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 10 rods, West from the Northeast corner of said Lot

thence East 5 rods to the point of beginning.
Commonly known as 276 5th Avenue, Afton, Wyoming
The sale was conducted pursuant to a Notice of Foreclosure Sale and the power of sale contained
in the Mortgage on the above-described real estate given by Davis Hymas and Kara Hymas to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for HomeQuest Mortgage,
dated October 26,2006, and recorded on October 27,2006 in the Office of the County Clerk and
Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in Book 638PR, at Page 459.
2. The amount due on the Mortgage as ofthe date of sale is $141,814.49.
3. The successful bidder at the sale was Mortgage Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for HomeQuest Mortgage, who submitted a bid in the amount
of $143,670.03.
4. By virtue of said Mortgage and the laws and statutes of the State of Wyoming,
the attached Affidavit of Mailing, Notice of Intent to Foreclose, Notice of Foreclosure Sale,
Proof of Publication thereof, Attorneys' Fee Affidavit, the above-described sale and purchase,
the bid by the purchaser aforesaid, and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, I hereby
give and grant this Certificate of Sale of the above-described lands and tenements to Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for HomeQuest Mortgage.
5. The purchaser or any other person entitled thereto according to law will be
entitled to a Sheriff's Deed for such lands or premises at the expiration of the applicable
redemption period, unless the same shall have been redeemed prior to that date as provided by
the laws and statutes ofthe State of Wyoming.

1. That LINDSAY A. WOZNICK is an attorney of Hirst Applegate, P .C.,
attorneys for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for HomeQuest
Mortgage, Mortgagee, and on behalf of said client has instituted a mortgage foreclosure by
public advertisement and sale against Davis Hymas and Kara Hymas, Mortgagor(s), on a
Mortgage dated October 26, 2006 and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in Book 638PR, at Page 459, on October 27,

3. Affiant is an attorney at law admitted generally to practice in the State of
Wyoming and in the above-described proceeding is representing Mortgagee.
4. Affiant states that there has been and is no agreement, express or implied,
between the affiant or her law finn and her clients, nor between her and any other person except
with a practicing attorney of this State engaged with her as an attorney in the foreclosure
proceeding, for any sharing or division of the attomeys' fee provided for in the real estate
mortgage being foreclosed by public advertisement and sale so to be allowed or added to the debt
involved, and said fee, when so allowed or added to the debt, shall be only as compensation for
services actually rendered in the foreclosure proceeding by affiant, an attorney admitted to
practice in the State and residing therein.
5. This Affidavit is being made in compliance with WYO. STAT. § 34-4-112,
and is filed with the Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, the person who shall conduct the sale
under the above described foreclosure.
