The amount due on the Mortgage as ofthe date of sale is $141,814.49. 3. The successful bidder at the sale was Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for HomeQuest Mortgage, who submitted a bid in the amount of $143,670.03. 4. By virtue of said Mortgage and the laws and statutes of the State of Wyoming, the attached Affidavit of Mailing, Notice of Intent to Foreclose, Notice of Foreclosure Sale, Proof of Publication thereof, Attorneys' Fee Affidavit, the above-described sale and purchase, the bid by the purchaser aforesaid, and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, I hereby give and grant this Certificate of Sale of the above-described lands and tenements to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for HomeQuest Mortgage. 5.
