COMES NOW, Stateline Estates, LLC, acting through its manager, Paul C. Jenkins, whose
address is 11 Ross Road, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, being duly sworn on oath according to law,
does hereby make the following statements of facts and affirms:
1. That Stateline Estates, LLC is the owner of the land described under the Certificate of
Surveyor on the plat titled, "STATELINE CONDOMINIUMS PHASE II BUILDING 200
IDENTICAL WITH LOT 2 OF STATELINE ESTATES WITHIN GLO LOT 1 SECTION
33 T35N Rl19W LINCOLN COuNTY, WYOMING", dated 21 August 2007, as revise.
2. That the undersigned has reviewed said plat.
3. That the undersigned read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner
thereon and the implications thereof.
4. That this affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar of
said plat had been signed.
