SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATION
OF
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
FOR
STA TELINE CONDOMINIUMS
LOCATED IN
FREEDOM
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATION, made by the undersigned Declarant,
supplements the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Stateline
Condominiums Located in Freedom, Wyoming, that was recoded in the land records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, on September 12, 2006, in Book 633, beginning at Page 513, as Receiving
No. 922380, hereafter "said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions".
WHEREAS, said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Section 2,
Scope of Project, states in part that "[t]he entire project consists of the construction of five units,
together with on-site parking facilities for such units and other common areas".
WHEREAS, said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Section 4,
Division of Property Into Condominium Units, states in part that "[t]he real property described in
Exhibit A, and any amendments thereto" which have been "platted for division into separate fee
simple estates, each such estate consisting of a separately designated unit and the undivided
percentage or fractional interest in and to the common elements for each unit as set forth in
Exhibit B hereto and any amendments thereto."
NOW, THEREFORE, Declarant hereby supplements said Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions as follows:
1. By filing this Supplemental Declaration, Declarant hereby clarifies that the
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions that were recorded in the land records of
SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Lincoln County, Wyoming on December 1, 2005, in Book 606 at Page 357 as Receiving No.
914087 have been revoked and are null and void.
2. By filing this Supplemental Delcaration, Declarant and original Declarant, both
confirm that said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, as originally filed, was
approved by all of the then owners of the property that are encumbered by said Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, including specifically, Paul C. Jenkins and Sheila
Jenkins.
3. By filing this Supplemental Declaration, Declarant and original Declarant confirm
that said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, as originally filed included as a
part of the condominium, Buildings No. 300 and 500, and that accordingly, Exhibit B should
have read as follows:

BUILDING NO. 300, Percentage Ownership in the General Common Elements
4 Units, 12.5% ownership vote for each.
BUILDING NO. 500, Percentage Ownership in the General Common Elements
4 Units, 12.5% ownership vote for each.
4. By filing this Supplemental Declaration, Declarant confirms that Declarant is
vested with the right to act as Declarant, by this document being vested with all of the rights,
interests, privileges, easements, powers and duties herein retained or reserved by Declarant,
pursuant to Section 39, Assignment of Declarant's Rights, of said Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions, and that original Declarant in said Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions is hereafter relieved and discharged from every duty so vested in
such other entity.
5. By filing this Supplemental Declaration, Declarant hereby adds Building 200 into
Stateline Condominiums, said property being the real property described in the Exhibit A that is
attached hereto, and the improvements located or to be located thereon, showing the property has
been platted for division into separate fee simple estates, each such estate consisting of a
separately designated unit and the undivided percentage or fractional interest in and to the
common elements for each unit as set forth in the Exhibit B that is attached hereto. Hereafter,
said owners of the above-described properties shall be members of the Stateline Condominium
Association, Inc.
6. Declarant hereby adopts said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions for Stateline Condominiums Located in Freedom, Wyoming and declares that the
units hereby annexed into said Association are fully subject to said Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions.

7. To complete the annexation of the above-described units into the Association,
Declarant adds the Exhibit A attached hereto to said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions.
8. To complete the annexation of the above-described units into the Association,
Declarant amends the allocations to each unit of a percentage of undivided interest in the General
Common Elements and its responsibility for a percentage of the Common Expenses, and
Declarant adds the amended Exhibit B attached hereto to said Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions.
9. All property within Stateline Condominiums shall be owned, sold, conveyed,
encumbered, leased, used, occupied, and developed subject to the provisions, covenants,
conditions, and restrictions of said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and of
this Supplemental Declaration, all of which are for the purpose of preserving and maintaining the
character and value of the property. The original Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions and this Supplemental Declaration shall run with the property and any lot thereof,
and shall be binding on all parties having or acquiring any legal or equitable interest in or to the
property, and shall inure to the benefit of all owners of the property or any part thereof. All
sections of the original Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions not modififed by
this Supplemental Declaration shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Supplemental Declaration has been executed by the
Declarant effective as of the date of recordation hereof.
