DOUGLAS ~. WHEELER and VELMA C. WHEELER, husband and wife,
grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to MICHAEL H. WHEELER, JIMMY D.
WHEELER, DANNY GRANT WHEELER, and JANET KENNINGTON, as joint tenants with
right of survivorship, grantees of the CountY of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following
described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point Eight (8) rods East from the Southwest Comer
of Lot Three (3) in Block Nine (9) of Afton Townsite, and running
thence North Six (6) rods; thence East Four (4) rods; thence South
Six (6) rods; thence West Four (4) rods, to the place of beginning,
together with improvements and water-rights.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situated
or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
