County, and State of Wyoming, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other
Good and Valuable Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereofis hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND QUITCLAIM TO:
Shirley M. Peternal and Robert J. Peternal, Trustees of the Shirley M. Peternal
Living Trust, dated September 24,2007, and any amendments thereto,
whose address is 3726 HWY 233, Kemmerer, Lincoln County, and the State of Wyoming,
GRANTEE, all of our right, title and interest, including after-acquired title, in and to the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

beginning at a point which lies S. 05°55'51 " E., 1102.72 feet from a brass cap
highway right-of-way marker being Comer # 1 of the J ohnand Edna Petemal parcel,
from said right-of-way marker Comer #7 of said Lot 39 lies N. 02°55'01" W.,
1058.41 feet; thence N. 89°59'27" E., 695.98 feet; thence N. 01°15'48" E. 112.49
feet; thence N. 89°48' 16" E., 990.33 feet; thence S. 24°10'44" E., 188.73 feet; thence
S. 84°53'47" W., 526.78 feet; thence S. 18°38'36" E., 1078.28 feet; thence S.
80°00'38" W., 1388.55 feet, to a point on the easterly boundary of Wyoming State
Secondary 233 right-of-way, thence N. 11 °40'59" W., 568.89 feet along said easterly
right-of-way boundary to a point of curvature of a curve to the right; thence N.
09°16' 49" W., 330.14 feet along the chord of said curve to a point of tangency on
said ~ight-of-way; thence N. 05°59'51" W., 485.32 feet along said right-of-way
boundary to the point of beginning and containing 41.79 acres more or less;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of the afore described tract containing 2.00
acres, more or less, deeded to Kenneth Moon, which deed is of record in the Office
of the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds;

Wyoming, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of said
SWy.¡NWy.¡, S. 89°54.7' E., 222.49 feet from the west one-quarter comer of said
Section 32 found as described in the Certified Land Comer Recordation Certificate
of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County; thence N. 00°05.3' E., 835.60
feet to a poiht; thence S. 89°54.7' E., 521.34 feet parallel to said south line to a point;
thence S. 00°05.3' W., 835.60 feet parallel to the west line of this tract to a point on
the said south line of the SWy.¡NW'i4; thence 89°54.7' W., 521.34 feet along said
south line to the point of beginning; encompassing an area of 10.0 acres, more or

conditions, covenants and rights-of-way of record.
